At Wattsense, we promise a high-quality solution that aims to facilitate BMS use in midsize buildings. Thanks to our Quality Assurance (QA) team, we deliver on that promise. We are excited to welcome our new QA Engineer, Issameddine Melhaoui.
Issameddine obtained his Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Université Polytechnique Hauts-De-France. He continued his education doing a Master 2 in Automatic Engineering, Human, and Mobility and has worked with technology companies such as Praxedo, Adents, and Aiga.
He specializes in software testing, automation of test scenarios, operational reliability tests, robotics, and electronics, making him a great addition to the Wattsense team.
Role at Wattsense
As a QA specialist, he ensures that the products of Wattsense follow quality standards. As a detail-oriented professional, he is responsible alongside Florent Contreras (QA Engineer) to develop and implement inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes. If defects are found during testing, it's up to the QA team to apply corrective actions.
An avid reader, when he is not reading fun stuff like the Wattsense API documentation, he is reading about Kaizen, the Japanese method for transforming habits, one small step at a time, and making improvements in organizations. Hopefully, something he will share with the Wattsense team.
